We accept returns and exchanges on selected items within 7 days of receiving your order. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.
Items like earrings and custom designs are final sale due to hygiene and customisation.

We recommend selecting Express Post at checkout and contacting us as soon as possible so we can prioritise your order and help ensure it arrives before your wedding date.
Sydney-based pick up is available on request. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange collection.
