Shipping policy

Free standard shipping Australia wide for all orders!

  • Our preferred carriers, depending on your location within Australia, is either Australia Post or Sendle. Australia Post or DHL are our preferred carriers for international deliveries.
  • If you require 'Signature on Delivery' for an Australia Post item you are required to add and pay for this option in your shopping cart. We do recommend 'Signature on Delivery' if your address is an apartment, concierge managed building, high-rise apartments, factory building, dual occupancy or office complex.

 

Estimated dispatch on any given order is 24-48 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Australia: Estimated delivery is 3-10 business days on standard domestic shipping and 1-3 business days on express domestic shipping.
  • Rest of the world: Estimated delivery is 10-14 business days on standard international shipping and 5-7 business days on express international shipping.

Custom Orders

  • Note that for custom orders or orders for items that are not in stock, delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks.
  • You will be notified of the time frame and you will be updated along the way!

 

Tracking Number

When your order is fulfilled and dispatched we will send you a notification. This notification will advise you of the carrier used to send your parcel. 

 

Not home when the delivery is made - Postage or Courier?

We have requested that all parcels are not left unattended at your address and we expect the delivery carrier to leave a calling card to advise you that they have attempted to deliver your parcel.  It will be your responsibility to follow the instructions on the calling card to organise to retrieve your parcel.

 

Not home when the delivery is made - Australia Post?

If you select the 'signature on delivery' fee on checkout, your item will automatically be posted with Australia Post.

Effective 1/5/16 Australia Post have now changed the delivery options within Australia and may, at their discretion leave a parcel without actually handing it to someone in your residence.

Please be mindful that if your parcel is not collected within one week of receiving the collection card you may be charged a fee to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post office outlet.

This collection fee is not the responsibility of Amore Collective and cannot be claimed against Amore Collective.

 

Australia Post after hours Customer Service Hotline

The phone number for tracking all items from 8am AEST to 6pm AEST is 1800 007 678. This is the international service centre for Australia Post but they will also assist with all local enquiries.

 

International Shipping Charges

Your shipping for international packages is calculated on check out. We ensure that your goods are packed safely and we use reliable and trackable services to manage your parcel delivery. We can give you a quote on delivery times depending on your location.

 

Customs Import Duties and Export Tax Duties

There are countries in the world which dictate that customs import duty is payable on all goods imported of items labelled 'clothing' or 'jewellery'. Items will be listed on the customs declaration as either 'bridal jewellery' or 'bridal accessories'. The import duty is a separate payment between the recipient and your local customs authority.

Customs will make contact with you once the package has been received in your country. In the event that the import duties are not paid, the item will remain in Customs and labelled as 'unclaimed cargo'. The package will not be returned Amore Collective and will not be reimbursed to you.


Delivery times - International

Once your package has been dispatched you will be notified immediately together with an estimate on delivery time.

For specific zones, goods may be delivered within 7-10 days.  For other zones, customers should allow up to 21 days for international delivery.
