1. Use of Our Website

Our website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website.

 

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on our website. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our products and services at any time without notice. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

 

3. Order Cancellation Due to Error

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through our secure payment processors. You must provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase. If we are unable to process your payment, we may cancel your order or suspend your account.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to locations within Australia and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred for international shipments.

 

Most of our pieces are made to order and can take 1-5 weeks to hand make prior to delivery. This will be made clear upon purchase. 

 

6. Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than 7, we may terminate this Agreement by giving at least 7 Notice to you. "Force Majeure" means any act, circumstance or omission over which we could not reasonably have exercised control.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item/s to take up this service. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees incurred. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy.

 

Once an order is placed, the design team will begin working on your piece to ensure timely completion. For this reason, we ask that you please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If an order is cancelled due to buyer error, note that you will be charged a re-stocking/admin fee of 3% of the order value.

 

  • We do not offer returns or exhanges on bespoke orders as they have been altered or customised specifically for you.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items as these are generally samples/floor stock/ex-hire pieces that are not in original condition. Any flaws will be made known in the listing.
  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, there can be no returns or exchanges on earrings, robes, slips and headpieces.
  • You will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed faulty.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or modify any content on our website without our written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or our products, your breach of these terms of service, or your violation of any laws or regulations.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the state of NSW without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms of service or your use of our website or products shall be resolved in the state of NSW.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or products after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms of service.
